End User License Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to Hi Sudoku! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Hi Sudoku mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

If you are using our App on an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac), you agree to the Standard EULA or Custom EULA .

  1. Service "As Is": We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. Limitation of Liability: Hi Sudoku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the Service or through other communications.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction from which the Service is accessed.
